I already posted about the Baby Club at the Grand Palladium in the Riviera Maya, so let’s not forget its sister resort, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. This resort is located north of downtown Cancun outside of the Hotel Zone and also just north of the gated community of Playa Mujeres. If I anticipate a difficult work day or am having one of those long work weeks, I often like to start my day with some quick armchair travel. Here’s a view of the most exclusive suite at one of my favorite Cancun all-inclusive resorts, Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun. While I’ve stayed there twice, I’ve never stayed in the Presidential Suite–one of my bucket list to-do’s…here’s a quick video of one of two such premier suites at this resort.
As of Nov. 1, 2022, the Omni Cancun will be called the Wyndham Grand Cancun. The resort will reportedly change some things cosmetically, but the amenities will basically remain the same with 364 guest rooms and villas, seven restaurants, five bars, four pools, spa, gym, tennis courts, and kid’s club. I hope they are not going to change the beach pool and bar with the swing seats, I’ve always thought this was Omni’s best amenity. In case you don’t know, this resort is located in the southern section of Cancun’s Hotel Zone so that means a quick trip to and from the Cancun airport.
Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort has a new adults-only (18+) section called El Beso. Don’t confuse this resort with the Ocean Riviera Paradise which also has an El Beso section (they’re in the same H10 resort family).
