Garza Blanca Cancun is not just another “pretty face” in the all-inclusive resort market, it now offers a family program which includes baby amenities. That’s right, you read this correctly. Baby amenities are now offered at this beautiful high end resort.
I’ve stayed at both Hotel Xcaret Mexico and Hotel Xcaret Arte (see my resort reviews in this section of my blog), and have always wanted to enjoy a River Suite with a jump platform. As a matter of fact, at Arte I booked this room category with the request to put me in a Jump River Suite since there has never been a separate category for this room type. Unfortunately I didn’t get my request (I think it might have been due to the original booking with a wholesaler and not directly with the resort), but I did get a complimentary upgrade to a River Spa Suite which turned out to be more than OK, but still disappointing since I had my heart set on jumping off my terrace into the river below.
If you’ve got an upcoming reservation for Golden Parnassus Cancun you’d better check with your TA (if using one) or the party with which you’ve booked your stay.
For full disclosure, I have not yet stayed at Hilton Cancun. However, I have read a lot of positive reviews about the property and have been wondering what the secret is of its popularity since on the surface it looks and acts like so many other all-inclusive resorts I actually have booked.
I ran across an interesting article that inferenced that imagining great things/outcomes can be just like experiencing the real thing–under certain conditions of course.
Remember Now Emerald? It closed early 2024 for an extensive renovation by Hyatt and will be open Oct. 2025 as (drum roll)…Secrets Mirabel Cancun.
I’ve stayed at both Hotel Xcaret Mexico and Hotel Xcaret Arte and believe me they are among the best of the best when it comes to all-inclusive resort choices in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Hotel Xcaret Mexico just underwent a $700 million renovation and made the resort twice as large as it was with lots of new amenities for families (the Arte property is ages 16+ while the Mexico property is family-friendly).
I haven’t posted for awhile because I was in Mammoth CA at a music festival for several days…I was planning on writing this post when I got home but I was delayed with a flat tire incident which put me in the middle of the freaking Mojave Desert driving 45 mph with a donut tire in 104 degree heat trying to find a tire store open on a Sunday in the middle of the desert. Needless to say it’s a rather long story but it had a good ending. But life is about experiencing adventures, I just don’t want a repeat of this type of adventure, thank you.
