Since I will be in the Riviera Maya over Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos (officially Nov. 1 for deceased children and Nov. 2 for deceased adults), I found a video which helps explain what this celebration is all about for Mexican people.  In all the times I’ve visited different locations in Mexico I have never been there at this time of year to witness how the Mexican people celebrate their lost loved ones.  During these dates I will be at Grand Riviera Princess and am looking forward to observing their celebrations and altars.  If you want to see some of my videos and pictures of Day of the Dead or my upcoming trip in general, just visit my Instagram account, allinclusivegal starting Oct. 27.
