The videos are finally starting to get posted for the brand new Hilton Tulum, an all-inclusive resort located on a bay between Akumal and Tulum which opened May 2022. At the present time it’s the largest all-inclusive resort under the Hilton brand with 735 rooms and suites, eight pools plus a kid’s water park, 13 restaurants, three bars, separate kid’s and teens clubs, and an on-site gym.
Here’s what it doesn’t appear to have–no swim-up bar in any of their eight pools, no swim-up rooms or suites, no on-site spa, and the upgraded Club rooms don’t look like they are available yet. I even looked under November availabilities and still no Club rooms were listed as being able to be booked.
As far as the spa, guests will have to go next door to the Conrad resort (not an all-inclusive) to partake of spa treatments. Guests of Hilton Tulum can also go to the Conrad if they are attending a convention since the convention facilities are next door. I have not been able to confirm yet if Hilton Tulum guests have unrestricted access to the Conrad; I will post about it when I find out. If anyone already knows, please let us all know in the comments section below.
Here’s a plus–there is a resort map under the resorts section on the website. As you can see from the map (if you care to check it out), the room sections are located around the bay (I thought the Conrad was located south but those are the different guest room buildings). There are various tram stops at these buildings so don’t think you have to walk everywhere if you don’t want to do so.
The video I’ve posted below is in Spanish. I’m not fluent in Spanish, but I did understand some of what was being said; the video is pretty much self-explanatory so you can always turn off the sound if it becomes an irritant.
Looks like a lovely resort but there may be some amenities and rooms that are still being worked on. Have a look and tell everyone what you think–would you stay here?
