There are multiple new/rebranded/totally renovated all-inclusive properties which have just opened or will open within the next several months.  It’s hard to keep track of them all, but if you want a quick look at them I have posted a video below which introduces you to the basics of what they have to offer.

Here are just some of the newer properties and their links:

• Secrets Mirabel Cancun.  Located in Cancun’s Hotel Zone and used to be called Now Emerald.  This one just opened!
• Bahia Principe Grand Tequila.  If I remember correctly this one is the new adults-only section within the Bahia Principe Grand Coba resort.  Coba is located inland, not beachfront, at this megaresort complex.  It’s supposed to open Dec. 1, 2025.
• Majestic Mirage Costa Mueres.  This one is located right next to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres; guests of the Mirage will have to use the spa at the adjacent Elegance resort.  This one’s an all-suite luxury family-friendly resort with an adults-only section just like its sister resort.  Its soft opening is supposed to be Dec. 12, 2025, with a grand opening scheduled for Jan. 15, 2026.
• Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres.  This one is scheduled to open within the week; they have been posting pics on their resort Instagram account for about a week now and doing a countdown to their opening day.  Looks like they will open on time.
• Hotel Riu Ventura.  While not highlighted in the video below, this new Riu family-friendly resort is supposed to open Dec. 2, 2025 and sits on one of the most famous beaches in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

Did I forget any?  Like I said, it’s not easy keeping track of them all.  However, it will be a pleasure doing research on them in 2026.

The video is done by Luxcape; be aware they snuck in some photos that definitely are not a part of the resorts they are describing.  But most of them either are pics that have already been posted on social media or the resort’s computer generated pics of what they originally wanted the resort to look like.  There are two resorts in the video which are in other destinations, but the rest are Yucatan Peninsula resorts.  Have fun and hopefully I will see you at one of these new properties!
