Haven Resorts announced yesterday that their new resort addition at Haven Riviera Cancun will be opening Nov. 2022–vacationers can make reservations exclusively on their website starting Aug. 18.
The resort website has put up a brief page with limited info about the new addition; I also talked with my butler Manny about the new build when I was at the resort in April 2022. (By the way, the new addition is located on the north side of the resort next to buildings #5 and #6). Reportedly the new addition will consist of two buildings, all Serenity Club suites, with the following amenities located in this resort section:
- 102 new Serenity Club suites
- its own pool with swim-up bar
- a new restaurant
- more live music and entertainment
- its own exclusive concierge service
- 24-hr. rooftop gym
- Serenity Club benefits; they read as pretty much the same as the Serenity Club benefits for the existing part of the resort
- Manny informed me that convention and conference facilities would also be a part of the new addition
What is not clear at this point is if all Serenity Club resort guests have unrestricted access with both old and new sections. The new addition is a lot smaller so they may be concerned that new section amenities would get overwhelmed–we will see what happens.
