I found this video on YouTube which is a bit long (over 20 min.) but gives a great overview of the wonderful experience you will have at Hotel Xcaret Arte, an adults-only (ages 16+) all-inclusive resort.

I stayed at its sister resort, Hotel Xcaret Mexico, several years ago and trust me, it was the best overall all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been to, but the price point also reflects the experience.  Grupo Xcaret properties are not cheap, but they will give you an awesome vacation in a luxury setting.

Don’t forget, staying at one of Grupo Xcaret properties will give you the “All-Fun Inclusive” resort experience which means you get complimentary admission to many local parks as well as free day tours to several memorable destinations–oh yes, plus free transportation to and from your destination.  I did the Chichen Itza tour and XoXimilco night experience (skip XoXimilco unless you enjoy very cramped boat quarters and pressure participation in group games).
