I recently received an email from a reader who was having difficulty getting easy to book and reliable COVID testing from the Omni resort in the Hotel Zone (around Km. 16.5).  Reportedly there are appointment scheduling difficulties, computers crashing losing your data, and just general annoyance at this resort when it comes to COVID testing in order to return home.

Here’s her suggestion:  there is a clinic around Km. 16 by the McDonalds called Kukulkan Medical Care which saw her with same day service and gave her the results within an hour, all for around $65 USD.  She was done by 10:30 a.m. and able to enjoy the rest of her day.
