Surprise, Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort has decided to open their brand new resort as an all-inclusive.

The new date for the turnaround will be Dec. 10, 2026.  For those of you who don’t know where it’s located, it’s in a marina area called Marina Puerto Cancun in the master-planned community of the waterfront community of Puerto Cancun at Km. 1.5–outside of the Hotel Zone and right where the Hotel Zone road turns north to go to Playa Mujeres/Costa Mujeres (if you’ve been there you know).  It’s a 5 min. walk to shopping and also has a nearby golf course.  However, it’s not situated on the ocean, it’s situated on marina waters instead so be prepared for that switch-up.

Does this change anyone’s plan of whether or not to stay here?
