I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun resort located just outside of Puerto Morelos in the Riviera Maya (resort review yet to follow). There’s not much out there showing the actual suite’s amenities, so I made a video of the room for those interested in this room category.

What a beautiful suite you stayed in! Thank you so much for sharing, You mentioned the governor’s suite is one step below the presidential suite, do you happen to know the price difference and overall differences between the two suites?
The price differential is approximately $176 USD p/person p/night. The Presidential Suite is huge with 2,885 sq. feet, while the Governor Suite is only 1,572 sq. feet. They are both oceanfront with Preferred Club privileges, private access to the beach, and similar terrace amenities. I would imagine the Presidential Suite is a Governor Suite on steroids!!
how much is the governor suite? I can’t seem to find the room choice anywhere. we are trying to book it for our wedding. Do you have a website we can use to book this room?
Lianna: I booked the Governor Suite on the Dreams website; I got a slight discount but nothing to brag about–this room category is pricey but totally worth it, especially for something like a honeymoon! Congrats!
