Found another new all-inclusive resort set to open by the end of the year (the resort is taking reservations starting from Nov. 7, 2021). It is called Hilton Cancun and from the look of things on the Google map, it will be located by the Haven resort and north of Royalton Riviera Cancun. Please correct me if I am wrong here, we all want to know more about this resort!
Here’s some of the amenities this resort will offer:
- 715 rooms and suites in three resort sections
- two oceanfront pools
- looks like 10 dining/eating options (plus room service and private dining experience makes 12). Some offerings include a sushi counter, beachfront grill, “snack market” open 24-hrs., ice cream and churro shop, and taqueria.
- Right now they are advertising two pool bars and a lobby bar, plus bars in many of the restaurants. I didn’t see any sports bar listed, nor did I see mention of swim-up bars. In my opinion the lack of a swim-up bar in a 715 guest room upscale resort would be a mistake. There are plenty of all-inclusive vacationers who will keep looking at other resorts if there is no swim-up bar…
- on-site gym and spa
- kid’s pool area and water park
- kid’s and teen clubs
Hilton is currently advertising that kids ages 12 and under stay and eat free, but this offer will expire if reservations are not made by the end of Sept. 30, 2021. Also, this resort is offering a golf package and a 5th night free package. I also read that you can use your Hilton points to book this resort.
Below is a short video showing some of the public and beachfront areas–the rooms look very Zen and comfy. What do you think?
