Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya is a resort I’ve always wanted to book but haven’t had the opportunity to do so…yet.  However, it is THE favorite Mexican resort for my daughter and her husband, they have stayed multiple times and love everything about it (obviously, that’s why they return!)
