I found this recent review on YouTube about Viceroy Riviera Maya, a boutique luxury all-inclusive optional property.  It only has 41 private villas and a couple of restaurants plus a spa, but it packs a punch in exclusive private villas with your own terrace plunge pool and outdoor shower.

Below is a video done by The Timeless Travelers which includes some drone shots of the property as well as regular video and explanation of the hotel’s amenities.  I wouldn’t classify this property as a resort, it’s more like a luxury hotel for vacationers who want privacy in a luxury setting.  Maybe sometime in 2026??
