Remember Now Emerald?  It closed early 2024 for an extensive renovation by Hyatt and will be open Oct. 2025 as (drum roll)…Secrets Mirabel Cancun.

I’ve linked a new video done by Christine Turner who is a Canadian travel agent; she gives the info about the accommodations, dining, and drink options.  Just keep in mind that the rooms at this resort don’t all have a terrace/balcony–if you’re anything like me, not having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean views is a big deal while on a beach vacay.

Please keep in mind that intro pricings are only good for bookings through Sept. 30, 2025.  After that prices go up steeply, so keep that in mind in case you are on the fence about booking this resort.  Also, I’ve read that intro prices are non-refundable.  If the resort isn’t open by said opening date and you’ve booked it during dates they aren’t open yet, it is common practice for Secrets/Dreams resorts to give “vouchers” for a future stay.
