I’ve been curious about this property for awhile, especially the details about how guests arrive to the resort from Cancun. Now there’s a video that gives all the details I’ve wanted, and from one of my favorite vloggers, 3 Days 3 Noches.
The resort in question is Impressions Isla Mujeres by Secrets, a boutique property located on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres which is about a 45 min. ferry ride from Cancun. Is it really a resort or a luxury hotel? While it doesn’t have all the amenities one would expect from a standard resort vacation, it does offer the following:
- 129 suites starting at 748 sq. feet
- 3 restaurants, a 24/7 coffee shop/bakery, a poolside pizza and taco bar, and 5 bars including a swim-up bar
- spa and gym
- beach access with non-motorized water sports equipment
- a waterslide!
- everyone gets butler service
