If you are interested in learning about the brand new upgraded Indigo Club at Dreams Sapphire, then get ready to watch a lengthy video which will tell you pretty much everything you needed to know about this resort as well as the new upgrade within an upgrade (the Indigo Club is an upgrade within the Preferred Club room category at this Dreams resort).
I stayed at this resort in Feb. 2020, so there are several amenities which have been renovated or added in addition to the Indigo Club section. First of all, thank goodness they renovated the Preferred Club Lounge, it was basically unusable with an awkward layout and outdated decor. Nice to see the bar is central rather than waiting for staff to find you and take your drink order as well as the continued food options. Also, Revive is new, I don’t remember a separate healthy food option available. Rendezvous Bar has been totally renovated, I liked it better prior to renovation because the bar area was in the shape of a “U”; I can understand that in order to save space and maximize the number of guests served directly at the bar it now looks like a normal rectangular bar area–I still prefer the old look. The best renovation the resort has made, however, occurred at the World Cafe which is the resort buffet restaurant. Prior to renovations, it was the smallest most crowded buffet I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort, thank goodness there is room to move around and actually find something you’d like to eat.

I enjoy Unlimited Vacation Club videos even though I don’t own any resort timeshares, they are thorough and say everything in Spanish and English which allows me to practice my Spanish. Have a look at the video below and let me know if you think you would book this resort or the upgrade… See you in Cancun!
