If anyone is interested in a video of my room category at TRS Yucatan, here’s a look at the great Jr. Suite Private Pool Garden View I had at this resort.  I would definitely recommend it, there is plenty of space for two individuals with the added plus of your own small pool to enjoy with all the hot weather there is during the summer months in this part of Mexico.

This room, if I recollect, was #6004 at Villa 60.  This room category has butler service (Martha, the morning butler at this villa was super sweet and very helpful), and is just under 10 minutes to walk to the infinity pool, across the way from the Grand Palladium White Sand main pool, and a 15 min. walk to the TRS lobby.  Your butler will always call a shuttle cart to come and get you if you request it, or there are stops nearby to wait for shuttle carts which come around periodically.  While you can also use the app to request transportation around the resort, I did not use that feature so cannot comment on how quickly staff responded to that particular request.

You can use the ebutler on the resort’s website to have your room ready to your specifications–want a particular room scent, type of pillow, or specific types of liquor in your room when you check in?  Just make your request 7-10 days prior to your date of arrival.  Your butler can also have the mini-bar made up of what you would like to have more of–want more beer, Pepsi, or waters?  Let your butler know and (s)he will make it happen.  Your butler can also make dinner reservations and CHIC dinner show reservations when you arrive.
