If anyone is interested in the still being built Hotel Xcaret Arte set to open July 2021, you may have some questions about guest building location, especially when you are ready to book your room category. Hopefully the pic below can give you a visual about where guest rooms are located.
The hotel just posted a new booking promo code, but I have to say it’s not much of a deal. Rooms even with the promo code start around $600 p/night, and that’s in the back of the resort. Rooms are twice p/night what I paid when I stayed at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, the neighboring resort to the south of Arte. But then, the brand name (Hotel Xcaret) was just getting started; it is well recognized now as a luxury 5-star resort.
Take a look at the pic and see where you may want to be located…does anyone have any reservations for after July 1?
I was able to secure an Oceanfront Suite in the Casa de los Artistas building on the Xcaret Arte website a couple weeks ago at the total price of $3843 for 2 people staying 7 nights. Very much looking forward to staying there.

I am booked for October 30 – Nov 6 for a Suite Garden Spa – this was booked through RCI our timeshare exchange company. I would love to have an oceanfront view and not a river or forest. I saw there are monkeys at night though in the trees – interesting. It cost us $3800 for the week for 2 of us.
That sounds like quite a deal! Maybe you could upgrade upon check-in?
