For those of you who don’t already know, Hotel Xcaret guests (that means guests of Hotel Xcaret Mexico, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and Casa de la Playa) can make use of the airport lounge specifically for all guests waiting for resort shuttle transportation.  Right now this lounge is only available at Terminal 4, but other lounges are being built at other Cancun airport international terminals.

The lounge can be found outdoors where you find your shuttle transportation company rep.  As you can see from the video below, it’s to the far right before the parking lot in the burnt orange colored building; the resort names are on the exterior so you cannot miss it.

Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary; you can also begin your check-in process here and get your wristband so that completing your check-in process at the resort will be a breeze.  Bathrooms and seating are also available at the private lounge.

Keep in mind that the complimentary transportation from the Cancun airport to your Hotel Xcaret resort is every 30 min. from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., then every 60 min. from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
