I think that the Excellence brand is one of the best when it comes to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya in Mexico.  Two of the most popular resorts in these areas are Excellence Playa Mujeres (EPM) and Excellence Riviera Cancun (ERC).  Both are highly ranked in TripAdvisor review ratings, and both deliver a quality of customer service which earns many repeat guests.

But what are the differences between two of the most popular Excellence resorts in Quintana Roo?  I found a video on YouTube which helps to explain the difference.
