For those Secrets resort lovers out there, don’t forget about Secrets Riviera Cancun; this resort is actually attached to Breathless Riviera Cancun and if you stay in the Secrets section you have access to the entire resort.

The Secrets resort at this property is smaller and a lot more sedate than the Breathless section.  If you decide to spend your time only on-site at Secrets, you will have just one restaurant from which to choose, plus there is no swim-up bar in the Secrets pool.  The entertainment is also over on the Breathless side, so your vacation options will be limited.

With that in mind, this particular Secrets resort is perfect for vacationers who want the right mixture between total relaxation and partying like you’re in your 20’s or 30’s (or at least having the option to party for as long as you can tolerate the club music) while also having the option of going topless in the Xcelerate Party Zone pool area.  Or, if it’s too late to participate in that kind of revelry (as in my case), you can keep your top on and still dance and party like it’s 1999 (does anyone remember that Prince song??)
