Just what this part of Mexico needs, another brand new all-inclusive resort!  Excellence is building another luxury adults-only property called Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres; from Google Maps it looks like it is located between Atelier and Dreams Playa Mujeres.

Here are a few stats that have been revealed about this resort:

• 6 pools, 4 will be for upgraded Excellence Club guests
• 8 independent heated Jacuzzis, 2 will be for upgraded Excellence Club guests
• 12 restaurants and 12 bars; there will be two Mexican restaurants (contemporary and traditional Mexican food), a Greek and Lebanese cuisine restaurant which is new for the Excellence brand as well as a wine cellar restaurant  There is supposed to be a sports bar and a chocolate bar as well…
• it’s supposed to have its own marina area
• spa and gym
• archery and air rifle shooting, plus tennis courts (no mention yet if there will also be pickleball courts)
• non-motorized water sports available

There are no less than 5 different types of Honeymoon Suites with the resort offering extensive honeymoon and anniversary packages, so this resort may become romance central or a very popular wedding destination resort.
