Karisma Hotels and Resorts has introduced the world’s first Autism Concierge at most of their Mexico resort properties.  An Autism Concierge will be the dedicated contact for all resort guests who either have autism themselves or are traveling with someone who has autism.

All Autism Concierges are specifically trained in how to deal with problems typically encountered by those with autism in travel-related situations such as wandering away from overwhelming situations, difficulties with the change in one’s daily schedule that travel requires, and other types of problems this type of vacation pose for individuals who have an autism spectrum-related diagnosis.
