If anyone is going to be vacationing at Hyatt Ziva Cancun anytime soon you need to know that the resort is still working on their rooftop pool area.  It’s been closed basically all summer long in order to renovate it, but it’s unexpectedly still closed.

Only upgraded Turquoise guests have access to this pool, so just realize that your upgrade will be missing an important amenity for the time being.  At this time there is no info that I know of to determine when it will be reopening.
