Hotel Xcaret Mexico is a pretty wonderful family-friendly luxury resort.  It not only is a stunning looking property, but it offers great food and Hotel Xcaret’s All-Fun Inclusive Program which means you get free airport transportation (to and from), free admission to select local parks (plus transportation there and back), and free select excursions–I had a wonderful trip to Chichén Itzá during my resort stay and I didn’t spend an extra dime.

So how does one improve on excellence?  By making it twice as big with twice as many added amenities.  Grupo Xcaret has spent $700 million on their new expansion which will be revealed starting July 1, 2025.

What’s new to the resort you may ask?  Plenty, including more restaurants, bars, children and teen spaces, an adults-only section, more waterslides, and more Casas (obviously).
