“Service:  Rating:5/5.  We received true 5 star service during our one week stay at this resort.  We were contacted weeks before our arrival time via email to welcome us and to ask if there were any accommodations or assistance we would need during our stay.  Our room type also included the complimentary butler service so we also received excellent personalized butler service  throughout our stay.  The service throughout the resort was top-notch, such as the bag service, restaurant and drink service, and drink service at the pool.  All of the resort staff were very friendly, greeted you, and made the experience personalized.

Room:  Rating 5/5.  We opted for the oceanfront swim-up room, which included an indoor hot tub.  The room was modern, spacious, and provided excellent access to the swim-up pool, the swim-up bar, and direct access to the ocean.  The views were spectacular and having direct access to the ocean and pool was a game-changer for our vacation experience.

Food/Drinks:  The resort included a variety of restaurants, such as Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and Caribbean.  The food, especially the steaks, were delicious!  We would highly recommend paying extra for the carnivore experience if you’re into meat.  Because some of the restaurants were closed and moved around, it was a little unclear which current menus were being offered and what the current restaurant hours were.  The drinks at Mejorada were excellent and they also offered the ability to pay extra for premium liquors.

Entertainment:  Rating 5/5.  We really thought the entertainment was one of the the most memorable aspects of this resort.  They have a dedicated entertainment team which works most of the day and night to provide high quality shows and entertainment.  The pool parties included foam parties, professional dancers, and live music with DJ.  This is definitely an adults-only vibe, especially during the pool parties.  They also would host nightly events, such as a silent party or cirque du soleil-style shows which were very impressive to be included for free.  There also were daily exercise classes, dancing classes, and games.  Would highly recommend the water boxing class!

Bottom Line:  5 star resort offering high quality service and entertainment.  Will definitely be returning!“
