If you’ve got an upcoming reservation for Golden Parnassus Cancun you’d better check with your TA (if using one) or the party with which you’ve booked your stay.

The resort closed its doors Aug. 15, 2025 for an extensive renovation and there is no reopening date I can find yet.

This is a very popular adults-only budget-friendly resort in Cancun’s Hotel Zone with lots of repeat visitors; many of these vacationers are wondering whether the same staff will be back when it does reopen since that evidently was a factor in repeat stays…
