Garza Blanca Cancun is not just another “pretty face” in the all-inclusive resort market, it now offers a family program which includes baby amenities.  That’s right, you read this correctly.  Baby amenities are now offered at this beautiful high end resort.

First of all, this resort has a Kid’s Club for ages 4-12 (and open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), as do many other resorts.  But not every resort makes themselves “baby-friendly” which can be a vacation saver for most families with babies or toddlers coming along for the fun.  Ah yes, I remember taking family vacations when my kids were very young, not exactly the most fun or relaxing since resorts or other places to stay didn’t typically include baby or toddler amenities, but you just make due with the situation with which you are presented and try and recoup later from stressful trips (there were plenty of times I needed a vacation from my family vacation).

The resort calls it their “Little Luxuries” family experience (available for stays of 3+ nights) which includes the following:

• first of all, children under 12 stay and eat for free (there is a limitation of up to two children under 12 yrs. old, however)
• access to concierge service for family requests
• 24-hr. access to order cookies/milkshakes for your kids (hey, what about for me??  A milkshake or two always brightens up a holiday).
• your suite includes kid-sized robes and slippers, handcrafted toys are also included
• Baby essential are there for the asking including bouncers, baby bathtubs, cribs, strollers, monitors, car seats, bottle sterilizers, and bottle warmers

Don’t forget that babysitting is also offered, but it is an extra cost.  Some suites at this resort include a washer and dryer which is very rare for all-inclusive properties in this part of Mexico but can be a necessity if traveling with younger children.  In addition, Garza Blanca guests also have access to the adjacent family-friendly sister resort, Villa del Palmar.

Don’t forget, this resort is an all-inclusive optional property, make sure when booking that you are getting the AI package.
