Beach Palace, a family-friendly Palace resort, closed Aug. 15, 2025, to do an entire renovation to the property to the tune of $60 million USD.  The reno is supposed to be comprehensive and focused on family amenities with this project; the reported  reopening date is anywhere from March to May 2026.

For anyone who doesn’t know, this resort is located in Cancun’s Hotel Zone north of Live Aqua Cancun, I can remember seeing it from the beach area of Live Aqua.
