For those who follow or are familiar with Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal, there have been some major renovations and changes going on lately.  In addition to a new room category and room category renovation, this resort will also be opening two new restaurants (buffet-type).  Here’s the new ones and the planned dates of opening:

• Tikalito.  Located poolside, this restaurant should be opening Oct. 6, 2023.
• Katok.  Located beachfront, this restaurant should be opening Dec. 7, 2023.
