Looking to try out a new all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya? Check out Hotel Xcaret, an “All-Fun Inclusive” resort located at km. 282 near beautiful Xcaret Park. This all-suite resort with 900 rooms offers a new concept–unlimited access to several Riviera Maya parks and attractions including Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Xenses, and tours to cenotes, Chichen Itza, Coba, and Tulum ruins.
Hotel Xcaret has 8 pools, several gyms, a spa, 10 restaurants and 8 bars; there are three buffets, a steakhouse, Asian a la carte with teppanyaki show tables, dinner and a show, 2 restaurants at an extra cost, a Mexican restaurant in a cave-like atmosphere, and an international restaurant. There will be family and adult-only guest room sections–the website currently lacks info on the Jr. Suites and the Master Suites, so perhaps those aren’t finished yet. Regular suites and swim-up suite info is up and all are available to book. There is supposed to be a private rooftop pool and bar, but not enough detailed info to know which guests can use that area. Also, complimentary roundtrip airport transportation looks like it’s included for guests.
Looks like there isn’t much of an accessible beach here; there are natural “pools”, but beach lovers should look elsewhere to book a resort.
Have a look at the newest resort video–would you stay here or not? I am looking to book here late Feb. 2018 for my trip to Cancun.
